Rapid Fix Electric & Plumbing started from a problem we experienced ourselves...
As first-time homeowners, we decided to rent out our property on Airbnb while we were away to help with the mortgage payments. Like many homeowners, we thought everything would run smoothly until an electrical or plumbing emergency happened.
Suddenly, we found ourselves trying to organise urgent repairs from miles away. What should have been a simple process quickly became frustrating. We struggled to find tradespeople who could come out that week, never mind within the hour, and certainly not outside normal working hours. Many wanted expensive upfront call-out fees, before they had even arrived, and it wasn't always easy to know who was genuinely experienced and who wasn't. When a plumbing or electrical issue happens, you want to get it resolved quickly and ensure it doesn't lead to further damage of your home!
We also looked into property management companies to handle these situations for us. Still, the costs often felt excessive, and the service didn't always offer the personal care we were looking for.
After plenty of conversations and research, we realised there had to be a better way.
